The Nuway MULTIPLEX (MP) burners are designed to deliver stable performance over wide range of applications having flexibility to use variety of tunnels (alloy steel / ceramic / refractory) and range of models to choose from e.g. medium /high velocity burners with customised air & gas supply systems; packaged version i.e. FMP ; self recuperative version i.e. MPSR 

Unique feature of these MP burners is, it can be fired with up to 350% excess air or 100% excess gas, as per the situation demands! These burners are designed to operate with almost all kinds of fuel i.e. Gas/oil/dual fuel and have the option of low / medium / high velocity tunnels.

Range of models to choose from 20 Kw to 12 Mw.

Wide turndown up to 30:1 on gas

Options available to choose tunnels so as to suit process temperatures from 450°C to 1450°C.

Applications: Kilns, furnaces, Aluminium melting / holding furnaces, Thermal oxidiser, heat treatment furnaces, etc.
