3.      Fuel Used: Diesel.

4.      Burner: Sukook.

5.      Nozzle Size: 1.75 GPH.

6.      Temperature: 500 deg. C

 

Pain Areas:

1.      Required 3.lit diesel for one cycle.

2.      Temperature not achieved in time.

3.      Maintenance cost is high.

 

Action taken by PES:

1.      Survey of Site.

2.      Convey customer for Demo.

3.      Using Demo Kit of PES, give Demo to Customer. (Burner Model MP-2)

4.      After success of trial customer confirm order to PES.

 

Fuel Consumption Calculation:

Fuel/hr = 3 Lit/hr

 Based on trial firing, PES suggested the solution for combustion system comprising of:

1.      Nu-way Burner MP-2

2.      Control Panel.

3.      Manifold.

4.      Gas Train.

5.      Mounting Plate.

 Results:

Savings in fuel consumption.

Reduced time to attain temperature.

Neat & Clean floor.
